Here at JW McDonald Building Services, we are sometimes very busy and in order to speed up the costing process we are asking potential clients to send over some information to get and estimated cost done.
This will sometimes work to clients advantage because if the estimated cost works within your project cost you can use this information to get your times 3 quotes for a general idea of the market for your kitchen or bathroom installation
If the estimated cost works within your project cost I can arrange to come out for an on-site final quote to be done. If there is no substantial changes on the on-site visit the estimated cost should not change much at all.
INFORMATION NEEDED
Please can you email over a photo or video of the fuse board and the original bathroom and kitchen a photo of a finished bathroom or kitchen plan that you want the new areas to look like on completion.
Can you also give me some bullet points of what you are trying to achieve like finishes, flooring, tiling, e.c.t.

If you do not have a kitchen plan please email over your full details and I can pass this on to Benchmark Kitchen who will give you a free kitchen survey and costing through my account. This will also give you good discount on your new kitchen if wanted to go ahead.
This will help me to give you an estimated cost by email to save time.
